I exercise regularly on treadmill, eleptical, swim, brisk walk and yoga. At one point in time, i get tremendous pain in the left leg below knee and have to take break for 5 minutes. I also not?
Ans :I am not sure, if you are exercising as per the guidance of physical trainer or self. You need to be moderate on the activities you perform regularly if you find the pain to be intense.
Moreover,.if you notice any weakness or pain in the leg, please check with the physiotherapist as the pain is recurrent. Get their help for the kind of exercises you can perform until leg pain is treated completely....
